Classical Fine Arts Academy Contract

The Classical Fine Arts Academy @ Reagan is a unique program that allows talented high school students to develop and fine-tune their artistic talents. The Academy expects every member to embrace and obey the MDCPS Code of Student Conduct. Your participation in the Academy is subject to your academic performance and ability to demonstrate a Model Student Behavior as described by the Dadeschools Code of Student Conduct.

I am aware of the honor code, academic and attendance policy, and admissions procedures as stated in this contract and assume all of the responsibilities stated. I understand that any violation of these procedures can result in immediate dismissal from the CFA Academy.
